RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Eligible Returns:

• Change of mind: Within 30 days, unused and unopened
• Defective or damaged items: Contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened or used skincare/grooming products
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards

Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
